NC Hydraulic Press Brakes has a capacity of 50, 80,120 & 160 tones and in bending lengths from 1500mm & 3100 mm. The press beam control is based on the hard stoppers in the hydraulic cylinders. The basic machine is with Delem DA 41 controller, which has a memory capacity of 100 programs. The parallelism of both the cylinders is ensured through the solid torsion beam. The parallelism and perpendicularity of the machine is at par with any CNC machines. The press beam is with repeat accuracy of ±0.01 mm and the machine is with standard dual ball screw back gauge with AC servo drive ensuring an accuracy of ±0.1 mm.
