Profile: ABJ Engineering Private Limited specializes in the design and manufacture of gas handling systems & equipments. Our systems and equipments are widely approved by various multinational consultant companies. Our gas handling equipments include gas pressure regulators, instrumentation & systems valves, pressure hoses, gas cylinder manifolds, sampling cylinders, gas purification systems, gas cylinder cabinets and cylinder handling accessories. We supply a wide range of pressure regulators, which can be used in a variety of industries for applications having pressure range from 0.2 bar.g to 415 bar.g. These regulators are suitable for most gases and liquids, including aggressive fluids. The material used for most regulators is SS316, though for some brass is used, and for extremely corrosive fluids, material such as Monel®, Hastealloy® & titanium are used. We offer various kinds of instrumentation valves for various applications and offer additional accessories to equipments & systems. We can also custom design valves as per the parameters defined by the clients. We design and manufacture various torches for gas welding & brazing applications. These torches are basically required for quick welding of copper tubes in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Our pressure hoses are used in a wide range of applications. The superior construction of our hoses allows them to withstand flexing, expansion and contraction. Our Teflon® hose also withstands misalignment. We basically offer three types of hoses such as Teflon® hose with stainless steel over braiding, thermoplastic or rubber hoses and copper pigtails with brass end fittings. We provide wide range of end connections as per requirement of customer. We offer various types of material options as per the fluid application of hoses.
