Belt furnaces consist of furnace body, belt conveying system and temperature control system. Furnace body includes feeding, pre-sintering, sintering, slow cooling, water cooling and unloading zone. Belt convey system consists of high temperature resistant mesh and transmission devices, in which mesh speed is adjustable by a frequency adjustor & mesh speed is readable on the digital measure device. Steel belt conveyor furnaces are tailored to powder metal industry for the reduction of Fe, Cu, Co, and Mo metal powders from respective oxides. The equipment has a large output and a relatively simple structure. It has easy to adjust process parameters and control product quality. It consists of feeding, reduction, slow cooling, cooling and unloading zones.
