Description: AC Drive of 0.75 kW to 110 kW is used in 3-phase AC motors. They are optimal, economical, have high performance with reliability. These drives perform accurate speed control of standard squirrel-cage motors thereby increases the productivity. This AC drives have 3 phase main connection whose voltage ranges from 380 to 500 V AC. It operates with a frequency of 50 to 60 Hz and has a 3 phase motor connection, whose voltage ranges from 0 to 400 Hz. The ambient temperature of 0 to 50oC is required by this unit and with an enclosure of IP: 20. It needs protection from over current, short circuit, over voltage under voltage, over temperature input phase loss, output phase loss, and motor overload. These drives have IGBT inverter, digital control by 16-bit micro-controller; frequency control range from 0 to 400 Hz. They have programmable acceleration and deceleration time and seletable V/F patterns, 3 range of skip frequencies, multi-motor control using RS 485 interface digital and analogue speed control. It also has 0 to 10V or 4 to 20mA analogue input and output signal and programmable switching frequency from 3 kHz to 15 kHz.
