AC Motor Drives
The VFS 11 and VFPS 1 frequency converters for squirrelcage motors integrate the latest technological solutions. They are versatile, compact, sturdy and meet the main international standards. The new software, high performance levels and excellent structural solutions allow for easy installation and can be set up easily even in the most difficult conditions. Types of the motor drives include: VFNCIS series (single-phase 0.2-2.2 kW 230 V), VFS11 series (single-phase 0.4-2.2 kW 230 V, three-phase 0.75-15 kW 400 V), and VFPS1 series (Three-phase 18.5-630 kW 400 V). The motor drive has the following features: a sensorless vector control with an open loop (for VFS 11) or a closed loop (optional for VFPS1),; a local programming and control panel, a condenser pre-charging circuit that has an access to DC BUS for direct current supply, ground failure active protection, a standard TTL and RS485 interface (only for VFPS1) and PNP or NPN selectable UO logics. The converter can perform operations up to 50°C without derating and can perform PI function (for VFS9) and PID function (for VFPS1) for controlling pumps and fans. The motor drive has an on-board EMC surge suppressor to 630 kW ratings and is compliant with international standards like CE, cULus and C-tick.
