Profile: AGC Electronic Materials specializes in electronic materials. Our products include high-purity silicon carbide ceramics, CMP slurries, glass frits & pastes, display glass and fused silica. We offer a full line of silicon carbide components, designed to optimize furnace utilization and yield. Our Roiceram™ CVD-coated SiC is used in high-temperature and LPCVD processes. It is impervious to acid. Our high purity silicon carbide for solar cells have a very high modulus, up to 1350°C. It will not deflect at high temperatures.
