Profile: ASI Silica Machinery, LLC is a designer and manufacturer of deposition, elongation & soaking equipments. Our reaction chamber is equipped with a pre-filter and variable speed blower to maintain a clean-air environment within the chamber. Our core sinter systems feature chlorine detector, safety interlocks and excess temperature monitor that will shut the system down in the event of a thermal malfunction. Our core sinter system is operated by an industrial personal computer(PC) and the run data is displayed on screen for viewing & automatically stored on the hard drive for process analysis & system trouble-shooting.
