Our front end product line includes epitaxial reactors, vertical furnaces and cluster tools. Our back-end products include die attach tools, wire bonders, trim and form equipment, encapsulation mold tools, assembly automation & test equipment. Our cluster tools process both 200 mm and 300 mm wafers, and they are used in applications such as gate stack dielectrics, inter-poly dielectrics, and decoupling capacitors.
