Profile: AWD Service Centres Ltd. is a contract tooling and machining service provider. We mainly manufacture resistance welding products to the automotive industry. We produce quality parts for assembly into tooling, resistance welding guns, and industrial robots. We also offer a complete program which re-builds weld guns and arms. We first clean worn, dirty guns, and arms, and then repair them. During the repair process all parts showing wear or damage are repaired or replaced by us. We mainly repair threads, tapers, eroded contact pads, leaks, bushings, and fittings. After repair, each arm or gun is extensively checked for mechanical and electrical accuracy & functionality. Water flow & leak tests are performed and documented by us. We also repair and refurbish weld guns & cylinders.
