Profile: A & D Precision Mfg. focuses on CNC turning and milling. Our CNC vertical milling centers (3, 4, & 5 axis ) and our CNC turning centers have the ability to do a wide variety of complex machining in which we commonly hold part tolerances to +/-.0002". We can mill everything from simple 3 axis parts like brackets to complex 5 axis parts like a finned impeller. We can do unique operations like mold line work, stress relieved components, high tolerance boring, serrations and gang milling. Turning operations are performed on precision CNC turning centers. Our lathes have a turning capacity of 10" in diameter and 19" in length and can hold tolerances of +/-.0002". We can turn bar stock, billet, tubing, castings and forgings in most metals or composites.
