Lubie® 101 is a compounded, economical, light duty, general purpose water soluble oil formulated for grinding and machining of ferrous & non-ferrous metals. It forms a stable emulsion with water and is safe & mild to use. It can be used at 10 percent dilution with water whenever hydrodynamic lubrication and the exceptional cooling effects of water are required. When used on ferrous metals, interim corrosion protection is obtained by a thin oily film deposit. It is used in grinding, turning, boring, facing, drilling and face milling applications. We provide a broad range of specialty adhesives, double-coated bonding and adhesive transfer tapes, single-coated specialty tapes, and reclosable fasteners. The 3DT™ corona treating systems are a perfect solution to adhesion problems in injection molded, blow molded, vacuum formed or extruded parts.
