The standard system has four or eight rotating arms. Each arm has a programmable spray gun that can be adjusted to virtually any angle. The system produces precise arc patterns in repetitive and overlapping waves. This allows for precisely-wrapped edges and properly-filled recesses. The result is much higher-quality finishes than conventional automated finishing systems. The VC-500-WB Vacuum Coater is a high-speed coating system intended for coating long linear parts such as mouldings. Parts are conveyed through an application chamber where they are immersed in coating. As the parts exit, the vacuum strips the coating off to the desired mil thickness.
