Profile: A.F.A.C. Ltd. is a provider of masking products and devices. Our products fall into the category of weld-on and other sheet metal fasteners, masking products for use during finishing operations and very high temperature resistant engineering components. Our Bakewell Plug product is designed specifically for masking during electrostatic powder coating applications. Using high temperature silicone rubber, our Bakewell Tube is obtained by us to provide a re-usable method of masking studs. On the other side, our silicone rubber Bakewell Ramrod is developed to offer a way to mask a blind M6 hole and an 11mm area around it during electro-static powder coating. It can be installed and removed quickly leaving a bare metal area for electrical contact. It can also be inverted and used to mask M3.5 and M4 studs leaving an 11mm diameter area again for electrical earthing purposes.
