Our services include boundary surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys, elevation certificates and design surveys. Boundary surveying is the determination, description & portraying of the boundaries of a tract of land. Topographic surveying is the measurement and portrayal of the configuration of the ground & the location & description of objects thereon. It includes the plotting and description of property boundary monuments on a topographic map provided. Only existing monuments found at the time of the survey are shown, and no boundary monuments are set. Construction staking is providing a client with field locations of buildings, paving and utilities for the purpose of construction of buildings. Land surveying is a tradition linked to all acquisition activities, land development and civil engineering works. Land surveying is the detailed study, as by gathering information through observations, measurements in the field, questionnaires and data analysis in the support of planning, designing & establishing of property boundaries.
