Profile: A&I Products is a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of replacement parts for the agricultural, landscaping, and industrial markets. Our PTO's & Pinions - Cut to length as per the blue print, parts are turned to rough dimensions and then finish-turned between centers on a lathe to ensure concentricity. This is checked by using a dial indicator between centers. Some of the gauging used for checking PTO's, as with all parts run, are calipers, micrometers, height gauges, comparator (checks angles, radius, length, height) & thread gauges. During the hobbing process, the splines on parts are checked with gauging across pin dimensions, major diameters & minor diameters. Augers, flighting and shafts are assembled as per the blue print. The flighting is tacked to the shaft, stretched and tapped to ensure a tight fit to the shaft before being finish welded. Augers are painted with primer before being sent to the warehouse for shipping. Flywheels - All flywheels are turned on a twin spindle vertical lathe. This machine turns one half on the first spindle and finishes the process on the second. We have ISO:9001 2000 certification
