Profile: A M I Machining, Inc. specializes in high precision Wire Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM). We have the capabilities of cutting most metals, with tolerances of +/-.0002" achieved routinely with wire EDM, and wire diameters range from .002" to .012", accurate tapers of up to 30 degrees. The maximum cutting size is 10" x 16" x 10" and the maximum workpiece size is 24" x 36" x 10". Our small hole drilling capabilities include drilling deep holes through hard alloys, from all angles, using 0.004" to 0.250" diameter electrodes, to depths of 50 to 300 times diameter.
