Profile: Aadvanced Machinery, Inc. specializes in supplying new and used equipment to the powder process & chemical industries. Our in-stock inventory includes presses, pug mills, piston extruders, mixers, blenders, spray dryers/drying systems, furnaces, kilns & ovens, vibro grinding mills, and tanks. We specialize in powder compacting, powder, pre-form, and powder molding presses. We also manufacture and sell a full range of replacement parts for Stokes presses and Baldwin Defiance presses. We sell used isostatic presses in both cold or wet bag isostatic, and hot isostatic designs. Isostatic pressing is a process for compacting powdered materials into useful configurations under high pressure. By subjecting the material to equal and simultaneous pressure over all of its surfaces, maximum uniformity is achieved in density & grain structure, along with uniform strength in all directions. Our inventory of furnaces, kilns, and ovens can run the gamut from laboratory electric ovens to high temperature kilns or vacuum furnaces. Our inventory sometimes includes large in-place systems such as tunnel kilns, pusher furnaces, and car bell kilns. We offer a wide selection of attritors and paint mills used for particle size reduction, dispersion, and particle size grinding and milling. We sell used and re-conditioned attritors, bead, horizontal media, vertical media, and 3 roll mills. We carry tanks and totes up to 1,000 gallons. These tanks can vary from open top mixing tanks, reactor tanks, or simple powder totes. Many times, our inventory contains mobile tote containers that allow powder or liquid storage on easily moved caster wheels. We supply used and re-conditioned ribbon blenders & paddle blenders. These widely used blenders utilize a horizontal trough-type mixing vessel with a horizontal ribbon agitator, or horizontal shaft with mounted paddle blades for agitation.
