G-Code controller is a machine control software that combines a graphical part program development, animation and verification into a powerful PC based machine tool controller. Although the graphics support three dimensions of linear control, the product can accommodate up to six simultaneous axes of combined linear and rotary motion, supporting a variety of machine tool applications. This product combines a conversational interface with the speed and smoothness of Indexer LPT/XQ. Indexer LPT is a powerful software based motion processor suitable for use in a variety of automation applications, simple and complex. Motors can be controlled individually, or simultaneously. Multiple axes slave to an automatically assigned dominant axis for proportional contouring. Rapid traversal may include multiple axes. Automatic vector speed modulation feed rates are continuously modulated to seek consistent combined vector speed. In cutting applications this means that it automatically adjusts each axis to maintain consistent speed across the surface of the work. High and low limit switch input sensing automatically terminates motion when contact is made in the associated direction - but permits motion in the opposite direction, thereby avoiding lock up condition on start-up, common in systems with shared limit sensing. Digital inputs are available for reading the status of things such as control switches and proximity sensors. A soft configurable switch scanning feature can read the status of up to forty eight (48) switches from a single parallel port.
