The unique construction of sleeves provides smooth, chatter-free operation, thereby giving the operator greater control of the tool. These sleeves are ideal for grinding, blending, deburring, smoothing, finishing & polishing a wide variety of flat and contoured metal surfaces including the inside of holes & other hard-to-reach areas.
