Profile: Ace Precision Castings, LLC is engaged in aluminum die casting. We are registered to both QS9000 and ISO/TS16949 specification. We offer services from prototypes for design testing to production of a cast and trimmed part. We perform castings up to 35 pounds on the 400 to 1600 ton aluminum casting machines. We are equipped with CNC work stations, which assure drilling, boring and tapping operations. We also have Impregnating, plating, iridite coating, x-ray and painting equipments, which provide finished castings.
