Our services include 4-axis CNC machining, equipment building and gearbox rebuilding services. Our CNC machining services are used in a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, heavy equipment, printing, marine, material handling, robotics and packaging industries. Our CNC lathes are capable of machining parts up to 24 inches in diameter. Our 4-axis CNC machining allows a part to be machined on multiple sides and angles all within one set up. This reduces handling time and increases accuracy. Four-axis machines can easily cut grooves and drill multiple holes on a diameter. Our Makino A51 CNC horizontal machining center has two pallets for continuous machining. We also offer nickel & zinc plating, anodizing, chrome plating and heat treating services.
