Panel Filters
These filters are required for removing the dust and moisture from air, gas in different stages in case of air handling units, air washer, package units and clean rooms. We provide Pre, Fine (microvee), Hepa (absolute), Ulpa, Minipleat, Bag (Pocket) and Carbon type Panel Filters.
Our Filter Elements are suitable for different makes of Indian and imported housings and equipments. We undertake turnkey projects of clean room, Air handling units with cooling coil, Laminar Flow Benches, Air Shower, and Air Curtain. Our Air Oil Separators are used to separate and reclaim lubricants in the air, gas stream of air compressors in general and rotary compressor in particular.
Compressed Air/Gas System
Our Refrigerated Air/ Gas Dryers require when the requirement of dew point in compressed air is around -20 to -23°C. The system is based on a simple concept of cooling down the air to approximately 2°C and separating the condensate formed.
Our moisture separators eliminate 99% of entrained contaminants including moisture, pipe scale, dirt and oil to improve the operating efficiency of pneumatic equipment as moisture is contaminant present which causes the most damage. When used on steam service, Advance International provide cleaner, drier steam to heat exchangers, steam turbines and other processing equipment that requires clean dry steam.
