Profile: Advanced Machine Programming is a process-driven precision machining firm rendering assembly/integration services. We have implemented "lean" manufacturing practices in a FMS horizontal milling cell and vertical milling center. Common tooling maximizes flexibility and spindle utilization in a low-volume, high mix environment. Short production cycle times (1 - 2 days) reduces inventory buffer requirements and allows quick response to customer forecast changes. We also focus on manufacturing critical machined components for different industries.
