Profile: Advanced Probing Systems, Inc. is a manufacturer of probe needles used in wafer sort testing. Our product line includes cantilever probe needles & straight vertical probes for wafer sort, LED probes & LCD probes for testing, spotting pin blanks, and micro-manipulator tools. We provide electro-chemically machined pins in diameters between .020"-.090" in a variety of materials for use in various applications. These "large diameter pins" are used in various medical applications, industrial applications, board testing, LED & LCD test, and as components in small tools. Our palladium alloys and beryllium-copper probe needles provide a "softer"" alternative to traditional tungsten and tungsten-rhenium pins in wafer sort. These materials are also optimal for use in LCD Probes and LED probes.
