Our waterproof flooring systems can be built up from the bare plywood or applied to existing floor surfaces. These are applied to various surfaces/structures including above-grade decks, balconies, above-grade walkways & stairways, terraces, pool decks and any surface where water-proofing is required. Our complete floor system uses 1.75 LB galvanized metal lath as the foundation in order to provide strong structural integrity, and is designed for use on new or previously coated plywood surfaces. The system comes in Versadeck LM and the higher-grade Versadeck Plus options. Versadeck Plus is a 5-step flooring system designed for the ultimate in protection and durability. This system builds on the qualities of Versa Deck LM by adding a resin-coated fiberglass layer, which is then covered with a texture basecoat followed by a finish resin topcoat. This system provides a durable, waterproof deck surface that is resistant to UV degradation and provides Class-A and one-hour fire resistance. This system can usually be installed in 1-2 days, keeping construction disruption to a minimum. Our waterproofing system is designed to add a waterproof, non-skid coat to existing structurally-sound underlayment such as concrete, Magnesite/Diato, or metallic surfaces.
