Our turntables increase productivity by eliminating the time lost waiting for lift trucks. Our complete line of line feed turntables include two position, four position (side by side), and four position (side to end). Turntables may also be used in conjunction with lift and tilt tables greatly reducing bending, reaching & lifting of supplied parts. All line feed turntables are designed to carry off-center loads and operate equally well if only one side is loaded. The rugged steel construction features an overlapping edge that keeps dirt and debris away from air casters. Our turntables can be used in a wide variety of manufacturing operations including product assembly, assembly carousels, rotating tooling & fixturing in and out of assembly lines, in welding stations, for bank storage of parts & in paint booths. Our wide offering of types, sizes and capacities allows selection to best meet the application requirements. Our air skids allow for the safe movement of the materials. Air skids, placed under a load for movement, can be used to move almost anything. Single bearing air skids are used in sets of three/four or more units. It can be bolted under machine or fixture. It can be simply spaced apart to accommodate a variety of load sizes. It can also be connected directly to plant air.
