Profile: Aerospace Contacts, LLC provides mil-spec connector contacts with modified terminations for the aerospace industry and contact assemblies of custom design. This capability includes making wire wrap, PC tails, crimp or solder cup terminations. Our contact assemblies can be used to modify straight in-line packages such as DC/DC converters into right angle mountable units. The packages can then be easily mounted onto PC boards. The lead pitch, diameters and off board heights can be modified according to specific requirements. We provide value added processes such as acid deburring and ultrasonic cleaning.
