Description: Premium Air Classifier is a separating machine that is used for grading fine powders into distinct coarse (fine grades from 60 mesh down to 10 microns). It is a screenless machine that can be operated in closed circuit with equipments like feed from the hopper, bin, pulveriser and cyclone. It is manufactured in closed tolerance and is well balanced to give trouble free operation. After feeding the material through the top input pipe down on a revolving distributor plate, the fluidized particles are propelled to the sides of the inner cone by whizzer blades and separated from the re-circulating air stream between inner and outer ring. Then air is passed back into the inner cone through the deflector ports. For corrossive material, it can be supplied with SS or rubber lined parts. It is generally used in application like cement, limestone, flour, soda ash, food products, hydrated lime, chemicals, resins, minerals and metal powders.
