Our LeakMonitor™ is a valuable production monitoring tool designed for integration within two-step PET container blow molders. It prevents production of bottles with out-of-specification dimensions or volume caused by air leakage during blow molding. Our NexGen Rotary™ features Leak Test Controller(LTC) test heads on each station. The LTC uses a modular concept incorporating the test electronics, probe, cylinder, manifold and valves in a single quick-connect assembly. This allows very fast and accurate response times to maximize the leak test performance. All LTC information is available for review through the standard color touch screen interface.
