Profile: Air Micron Cleantech specializes in clean room equipments. Our products include air shower, volume control damper, air handling unit, return air risers, terminal box, bio safety cabinet, garment storage cubical, diffuser and sampling/dispensing booths. We provide self contained factory assembled system in S.S. 304 construction. That is designed to deliver a spray of moving air at approximately 6000 ft. per minute, from adjustable nozzles in the ceiling and opposing walls to departiculate fully gowned personnel just before they enter controlled environments. Vertical laminar down flow biological safety cabinet in SS 304 or GI & comprising stander features with 0.3 micron HEPA filtration, pre-filtration 5 micron, UV, suitable blower motor assemblies, differential pressure gauge and an extra electrical point with switch. Air handling units are having non thermal break & complete with mixing plenum, stainless steel drain tray, 6 row DX cooling coil, fresh air intake having damper, 10 micron pre-filter section, 5 micron filters and belt drive package.
