Profile: All Metals & Forge Group LLC is a specialty stainless steel supplier. We are ISO ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 certified. We produce open die forgings, seamless rolled rings, and contoured rolled rings up to 160"/4050mm outside diameter. Forging shapes include discs, hubs, blocks, shafts (including step shafts or with flanges), sleeves, cylinders, flats, hexes, rounds, plate, and some custom shapes. We also provide stainless steel in all mill forms including sheet, strip, plate, foil, round bar, square bar, flat bar, hex bar, tube, pipe and wire. We offer custom hand rolled bars in a variety of sizes and shapes from tool steels, nickel alloys, high temperature alloys, high speed steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, titanium, cobalt alloys, manganese steels, and super alloys. We also deal with quenching, annealing, normalizing, tempering, surface (case) hardening, sub-zero annealing, and other heating and cooling processes. Magnesium components are generally used in applications from room temperature to about 200 degrees F. Certain magnesium alloys can be used for short durations to about 700 degrees F. We carry magnesium in an extensive array of alloys, shapes and sizes in our warehouse products. Copper alloys provide good thermal and electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, ease of forming, ease of joining, and color, but most have relatively low strength-to-weight ratios and low strengths at elevated temperatures.
