Profile: Allied Steel Rule Dies, Inc. is engaged in flat die making, rotary die making, and die cutting. Our CAD department is able to read and download computer generated electronic files. We have a digitizer that enables us to duplicate mylars or patterns for production. Our steel rule die shop manufactures a large variety of dies, from flat to rotary. Within the die making department we have a laser cutter and CNC bender. This technology gives us the ability to produce a high quality and tight tolerance cutting die. Our die cutting department is capable of cutting a multitude of material thickness and varieties. Some of the materials we currently punch are foams, plastics, rubbers and miscellaneous composites.
