Description: Vacuum Furnace - Thermocouple is specially designed to provide a low-cost alternative to refractory metal sheath-type units. It is built in accordance to AMS-2750-C standards and can be used for sensing temperatures up to 1760?C depending on the element specified. These thermocouples are used in applications like high-temperature and over-temperature control for vacuum furnace heat treating and annealing, as well as high-temperature application in metal-making, finishing and other manufacturing process. Model 5018 has a high-purity (99.7%) alumina tube with a quick-connect plug and mating female jack as standard. A ½' NPT process thread connector is available as an option.
