These proximity suits are designed for ambient temperatures of no greater than 600 F with radiant heat protection up to 2950 F. These proximity suits feature a unique Neoprene®-coated polycotton liner, which serves as an excellent thermal protection vapor barrier from hot liquids or steam. Aluminized clothing is an effective choice for protection from arc flash hazards.
