Profile: Amana Tool provides router bits, saw blades and shaper cutters. We offer industrial router bits, circular saw blades, sets, CNC router bits, custom insert tooling and insert router bits. We use carbon alloy steel for router bits that contain vanadium particles. This improves the structural integrity of the steel and prevents corrosion & defects in the internal structure of the material that can lead to cracks & breaks. Our grinding is done with a sophisticated CNC machine in a single clamping, resulting in higher quality and precision in the finished tool. Delicate grain wheels are used to grind a cutting edge in the special harder grade carbide without creating microscopic cracks or breaks that could weaken the tool. Our industrial saw blades are engineered for smoothest possible cuts and extended blade life. Our saw blades feature copper plug technology to minimize noise and vibration during operation and large carbide teeth that can be sharpened several times.
