Profile: Amber industries Ltd designs, manufactures and supplies conveyor equipment and systems. We offer conveyor products such as overhead, belt bend, belt merge, floor, lineshaft, pallet, accumulation and sidetrack types. We also provide system design, integration, installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair services. Overhead and inverted power chain conveyor systems utilize a powered continuous chain arrangement, carrying a series of single pendants. Standard vertical and horizontal bends of varying radius & angles are available together with a wide range of spinners, indexers, automatic loaders & unloaders. We supply both standard and non-standard belt conveyors. The standard range of belt conveyors include horizontal, incline, decline and flighted types to suit most applications handling most types of product for light/heavy duty applications. Our belt conveyors include straights, bends, spirals and merges. The TR100 friction driven belt bends ensures positive transfer of various products from small packages to tote bins. It is designed to carry loads of up to 50kg at speeds from 5m/min to 60m/min without product position alteration. We have a range of floor conveyors that are used transport and accumulate cartons, totes & other unit loads. These conveyors are used to transport and hold product for release to other work stations/into a sortation conveyor system. These are available in minimum/zero line pressure configurations and are available in a variety of conveyor widths, roller pitches, roller diameters & speeds to suit the load requirement & throughputs. Lineshaft conveyors provide minimum line pressure accumulation and are suited to reasonably rigid boxes, cartons, totes. Accumulation conveyors are used in a wide variety of industry sectors such as order picking, distribution, packing, assembly, production lines, sortation systems, warehousing and packaging where the transport of light to medium weight products is required.
