Profile: Ambika Engineering Works offers sanitory non-return valves (horizontal NRV), sanitory non-return valves (vertical NRV) and wafer type non slam check valves. We design spring-assisted check valves (sanitory NRV) for horizontal mounting, to prevent flow reversal in industries. In horizontal NRV, the line of flow is eccentric for the flow output, and because of this the fluid flowing through the NRV does not stay at seat, due to the gravitation force. Our spring-assisted check valve (sanitory NRV) is used for vertical mounting to prevent flow reversal in industries. The internal surface finish is 0.8 Ra, while the disc and seat are lapped to provide shutoff. The specially designed end connection is easy for mounting and dismounting & is comfortable for maintenance & less time consuming. Additionally, the body and seat, are fastened with a quick release clamp & elastomeric body seal to permit fast & easy access to the internals.
