Profile: American Precision Prototyping, LLC is a custom part manufacturing services company. We specialize in 3D printing, and rapid prototyping services. Our services include fused deposition modeling, RTV modeling, selective laser sintering, and injection molding services. Injection Molding is a manufacturing technique used to make thousands of parts from both thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic materials. After a product is designed, molds are made from metal, usually steel or aluminum and are precision-machined to form the features of the desired part. These molds are the inverse of the product.
