Profile: Amsco Wear Products, Inc. supplies wear-resistant steel castings for the scrap processing and mining industries. We provide wear-resistant castings for automobile, scrap shredders and other types of large shredders. Shredder parts products include hammers in manganese steel or low ally steel, grates of all types, liners, fornt & rear walls, rotor caps, end disc caps, reject doors, anvils, cutter bars, pin protectors and feed roll teeth. We provide wear-resistant castings made of several proprietary grades of martensitic, chromium-nickel-molybdenum steels. Depending on application & service conditions, our low alloy steel castings can be provided at a medium hardness (nominally 300 brinell) or at a high hardness (nominally 500 brinell).
