Our products include event detectors for testing the reliability of solder joints, electrical connectors, and electrical interconnects. We also provide semiconductor thermal analyzers, & thermal interface material testers and conductivity tests on a wide variety of materials. Our semiconductor thermal analyzers perform thermal measurements on packaged semiconductor devices using the electrical method of junction temperature measurement. These thermal tests include steady-state thermal resistance, transient thermal impedance, and die attach quality screening. Our thermal interface material testers perform bulk thermal conductivity measurements on a wide variety of materials including those used in electronics packaging applications.
