Our welding positioner is designed to give accurate and controlled movement. It is fabricated with heavy sections which avoid defection under loaded conditions, resulting in vibration free and smooth operation. Our positioner is equipped with a rotary drive unit with a variable frequency drive, which provides variable speed for face plate. Our welding rotator consists of a drive and idler units. It is provided with a overload disc to protect the polyurethane roller. Our self aligning rotators automatically adjust the roller housings to accept any job diameters within the specified diameter range. The roller housing of our rotators are hinged to the beds. Each roller bracket assembly has two separate roller assemblies, and thus supports the job on a wider area.
