Profile: Apex Robot Systems UK is a builder and provider of robots for injection molding machines. We mainly offer single axis & three axis CNC robot and longitudinal beam robots. We also make planetary gearboxes for the beam robots. Our SA-series beam robot has properties like 10 standard programmes, 8 outputs & 5 inputs to connect to conveyors, printers & cutting stations, quick change tooling system, vacuum circuit & frame with suction pad, reject signal, parts counter, wrist rotate with air shut off safety and Euromap plug to connect to molding machine. On the other side, our YS-series sprue pickers has wrist twist feature for easier drops into granulators. Control speeds inside clamp area and outside clamp area independently for short cycles & less wear is its another feature. Its Dog-leg plinth allows to swing robot out of clamp area and avoid damage when changing mold tools.
