Profile: Arch Maintenance Services, LLC offers laboratory and pilot scale spray drying services. We offer modification of spray dryers including closed loop nitrogen atmospheres, rotary atomizer wheel design, and has conducted research for patented processes. Our products include ceramics, catalysts, minerals, microencapsulation, surface modification, fermentation products and inorganic & organic chemicals. We currently offer spray drying services using tower spray dryer. It is equipped with two fluid nozzle atomization and can be operated either co-current or counter-current. There are powder collection points at the drying chamber and cyclone.
