Description: Panel Mounted Universal Process Controllers are available in four sizes: 96 x 96 mm, 48 x 96 mm, 48 x 48 mm and 24 x 48 mm. It is a microprocessor controlled based unit with on-demand auto tuning and complete On/Off through full functionality. The single channel controller provides accurate, closed-loop control without set point overshoot. The XT series accepts signal inputs from a wide range of probes and sensors, including K, J, N, R, T and S thermocouples; RTDs; and linear-inputs, including 4-20 mA to 1-5V and other industry-standard current and voltage ranges. These controllers are equipped with dual LED displays, user-selectable ramp to set point, dual output dual alarm capabilities, field-configurable process, deviation, and latching alarms and transfer. It is optionally featured with RS232/RS-485 bi-directional communications and remote setpoint select. Other standard features include process variable transmission, heater break alarm and dual I/O card. The power supply accepts 120 to 240 V AC without transformer tap changes or polarity identification.
