Fine leak hermetic seal testing is performed using commercially available helium-based or radioisotope tracer gas-based leak detection equipments. Leak testing is a non destructive examination method which is used for detection and localization of leaks & for measurement of leakage in systems or objects which is under vacuum or pressure. Our seals are molded using high-grade polyurethane. The seals come in a multitude of durometers and shapes to fit most leak test applications. Block leak test system measures the pressure at the oil gallery and water gallery on the engine long block assembly stage.
