Auto Gauging Units
Auto Gauging Units consist of a rotary hopper, a belt conveyor, a chamfer orientation unit, a measuring station with LVDT probes for the measurement of OD, width & chamfer and a segregation unit for removing the rejected components.The entire sequence of operation is controlled by PLC. The auto gauging unit improves the reliability of the supply. Automation & Control has developed many such units for the automatic measurement of dimensions like inner die, outer die, width, and height.
