We supply coil, dye, flat & micro springs, wire forms and pressed metal components to various manufacturers. We also offer sub assemblies and supply finished products utilizing metal, plastic & electronic components made to customer specifications. Compression springs are designed to resist linear compressing or pushing forces. The ends can be ground flat so that force is applied squarely to each end of the spring, reducing the tendency to buckle, or to accommodate accurate seating requirements and a reduced solid height that may be imposed by particular applications. We can produce a wide variety of compression springs in a large range of shapes and sizes to meet the specifications. We can produce an infinite array of wire forms to suit many applications. We can also drill, weld, thread, chamfer, swage and flatten wire where required. We supply products to a number of industries including hardware lines, valves and electric metering. We work closely with toolmakers and plastic manufacturers to achieve moldings for component. We also supply electrical and electronic products to suit the requirements. Torsion springs are designed to resist twist or rotationally applied force. They have a body of coils with legs that are commonly attached to other components that exert torque when rotated around the spring. They can store and release energy or can statically hold a mechanism in position by deflecting the legs from the body's axis.
