Description: Automated Bagging/Packing/Filling System consists of a storage/buffer hopper with capacity to hold 3 times the weight of the material to be filled in each bag. The hopper is built with a material suited to handle food products hygienically. The material if fed through an auger feeder/vibro feeder in case the product structure has to be maintained and the feed rate is finely calibrated to achieve the bagging rate. The bag clamp is the vital part of any bagging system, which is uniquely designed to grip the bag without damaging the bag. The filling nozzle is completely covered so as to avoid any outside contaminations. The automated conveyor type roller-sealing machine is an integral part of the machine. Stitching machine is an optional addition. The capacity of bags that can be filled ranges from 5 to 300 kgs. These automatics/semi-automatic bagging systems find application in all industries that needs bagging.
