The crimping presses can be used for loose pieces and chain link or bandolier terminals. The presses range from 1 ton to 5 ton and can be used with or without foot pedal activation depending on if a crimp only press or the stripper crimper press is used. The model EC-TT is a semi-automatic crimping press. These are very compact and light. It offers the highest purity for a very stable crimping height value. The standard stroke is 40mm, but other different strokes are available upon request. The semi-automatic configuration includes folding safety cover, reel arm, foot switch according to the international safety standard. We supply a full range wire and crimp pull testers for tensile cable & wire. Special tooling can also be manufactured if standard terminal holders are not available. Our manual 500 Newton cable and crimp pull tester comes complete with sliding terminal grip with various slots for terminals, cable grip, digital 500 Newton load cell with Lbs., peak activation, rechargeable batteries & power supply.
