Our product list comprises of CNC machines, inline drilling module units, high power cold header modules, inline surface cutting inverted lathes, inline material marking modules, modular inline press stations, single end threading modules, and automatic butt welding modules. Our AccuForm Modular CNC wire bending machine can currently have up to 32 motion axes, depending on the machine configuration. These machines take wire directly from coil, straighten it, bend it, and cut it to create wire products designed with the use of our exclusive software package, SmartEditor®. It provides flexibility, simplicity in setup, easy and quick programming. By specifying the lengths and angles of the product, the design can be viewed, edited and implemented for production. ADR-13 is our inline drilling module unit, for up to 13 mm wire and has 1Hp power motor, maximum 1800 RPM with adjustable speed. It utilizes standard drill bushings and flushing coolant with chip recovery.
